Canon is open for both indoor and outdoor dining on our covered and heated patio 7 days a week. Please note, due to our limited capacity we kindly ask that all reservations are limited to 2 hours.

For larger parties: A credit card is required to make reservations of 6 or more. No-shows or cancellations less than 1 day in advance will be subject to a charge of $25 per person. Parties of 8 or more require a prix fixe menu. If you have any questions, please email host@canoneastsac.com.

Note: Canon is committed to a healthy and productive workplace. A 4% service fee is added to dine-in bills to help cover the cost of employee health and wellness benefits and to provide a kitchen equity stipend to our back-of-house staff.
