Canon is open for both indoor and outdoor dining on our enclosed patio 7 days a week. Please note, due to our limited capacity we kindly ask that all reservations are limited to 2 hours.

For larger parties: A credit card is required to make reservations of 6 or more. No-shows or cancellations less than 1 day in advance will be subject to a charge of $25 per person. Parties of 8 or more require a prix fixe menu. If you have any questions, please email host@canoneastsac.com.
