Canon is open Monday through Sunday. Dining options include indoor dining as well as dining on our covered and enclosed patio room. Bar seating is walk-in only. Please see menus below. Subject to change.

Corkage
We allow up to three 750ml bottles per party. Corkage fee is $30 per bottle. We waive one corkage fee for each bottle purchased from our list.
Outside Desserts
A dessert fee of $3 per guest will be charged for desserts brought in from an outside vendor.
Large Parties
For parties of 8 or more, we offer a Large Party Prix Fixe menu: a multi-course, family-style experience which features dishes from our seasonal menu, and is the best way to dine at Canon with a larger group. This menu is priced at $72 per person (not including gratuity, tax, dessert or beverages) and the entire party must be included. Where possible, we will accommodate dietary restrictions and allergies, and of course, you are welcome to add on extra dishes from our dinner menu.
Health and Wellness
Canon is committed to a healthy and productive workplace. A 4% service fee is added to dine-in bills to help cover the cost of employee health and wellness benefits and to provide a kitchen equity stipend to our back-of-house staff.
